San Jose – While carrying out a surprise raid on the Ministry of Finance this morning in the Nation’s capital, agents from the OIJ got a surprise of their own, when they discovered the license plates had been removed from two of their vehicles by municipal transit police over an alleged parking violation.

According to the municipal police, the unmarked vehicles had been illegally parked on the  boulevard adjacent to the Central Treasury building since early this morning, which is why the plates were removed.

The vehicles were part of a raid on the offices of Deputy Minister of Finance Fernando Rodríguez, who was recently linked to Cementazo scandal, shown below sweating like a whore in church.

Fortunately after a little explaining, the license plates were returned to the OIJ’s vehicles and a frustrating day of waiting in line at Cosevi was avoided.
